The Promotion consists of a Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") and a Game Piece Tournament (the "Game Piece Tournament"). Your Game Piece will indicate on it the region ("Region") and the seed ("Seed") that has been assigned to you. This will correspond to the seeding that is assigned for the Tournament on Selection Sunday. Once a team has been assigned to your specific Region and Seed, watch to see if your team wins its game. If it does, every entrant who has a Game Piece with that Region and Seed during the Second Round, Third Round, NCAA® Sweet 16®, NCAA® Elite Eight®, and NCAA® Final Four rounds will win the specified prize. See prize details in Section 9, below. For the final game of the Tournament, (the "Championship Game") only, if you have a Game Piece with the Region and Seed that matches the team that wins the Championship Game of the Tournament, you may be eligible for a Championship Game Grand Prize or a Championship Game First Prize. See Section 8, below for additional details. - Purchase Coke Zero™ Products to Obtain Codes: Each Coca-Cola Zero™ product that you purchase will contain a unique code under the cap or inside the packaging ("Product Code"). - ALL POTENTIAL WINNERS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR OR ADMINISTRATOR, WHOSE DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE PROMOTION. AN ENTRANT IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE, EVEN IF THE PROMOTION SHOULD SO INDICATE, UNLESS AND UNTIL ENTRANT'S ELIGIBILITY, AND THE POTENTIAL WINNING PLAY/ENTRY/GAME PIECE HAVE BEEN VERIFIED, AND ENTRANT HAS BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE. SPONSOR WILL NOT ACCEPT SCREEN SHOTS OR OTHER EVIDENCE OF WINNING IN LIEU OF ITS VALIDATION PROCESS. ANY PLAY THAT OCCURS AFTER THE INSTANT WIN GAME SYSTEM HAS FAILED FOR ANY REASON IS DEEMED A DEFECTIVE PLAY, IS VOID AND WILL NOT BE HONORED.
- Promotion Prize Selection, Game Piece Distribution, and Verification of Potential Winners: Potential winners must comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules. Winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. Administrator is an independent judging organization whose decisions as to the administration and operation of the Promotion and the selection of potential winners are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion.
For the Game Piece Tournament: There will be up to 1,250,000 Game Pieces randomly distributed during the Promotion Period, while supplies last, and based on the odds stated below. Once teams have been assigned to the Regions and Seeds for the Tournament, follow the team that corresponds to your Game Piece to see if you will be a winner of a prize. Undistributed Game Pieces, will not be eligible for prizes.
For the Championship Game Prizes: Administrator will randomly select the potential Championship Game Grand Prize winner and First Prize winners (if any, up to 9) from all winning team Game Pieces, on or around the day after the Championship Game. For example, if a #1 Seed wins the Tournament, there will only be one Game Piece which corresponds to that team. In that case, the participant who has that Game Piece will be the potential winner of the Championship Game Grand Prize. If a #1 Seed wins the Tournament and the Game Piece assigned to that Region and Seed was never awarded, Administrator will award the prize or prizes to one or more of the participants who hold the Game Piece or Game Pieces corresponding to the team which lost the final game (Championship Game) of the Tournament. Administrator will address the issue in a similar manner if there are no Game Pieces distributed for a particular Region and Seed. If a #2 Seed wins the Tournament, there will be five Game Pieces which correspond to that team. Administrator will conduct a random drawing to determine which of the five participants with those Game Pieces will be the potential winner of the Championship Game Grand Prize and the other four participants will be potential winners of the Championship Game First Prizes. If a #3 Seed wins the Tournament, there will be twelve Game Pieces which correspond to that team. Administrator will conduct a random drawing to determine which of the twelve participants with those Game Pieces will be the potential winner of the Championship Game Grand Prize and which of nine of the other eleven participants will be potential winners of the Championship Game First Prizes. If a team seeded #4 or lower wins the Tournament, there will be 22 — 89,566 Game Pieces which correspond to that team, according to the chart below. Administrator will conduct a random drawing to determine which one participant with one of those Game Pieces will be the potential winner of the Championship Game Grand Prize and which nine other participants with one of those Game Pieces will be potential winners of the Championship Game First Prizes. The remaining holders of those Game Pieces will not receive any prize related to the Championship Game.
For the Sweepstakes: Administrator will randomly select the potential Sweepstakes winner on or around April 12, 2013 from all eligible entries received. The potential winner will be notified by email, mail or phone.
For All Prizes: Each winner of a prize valued under $600, who entered via text messaging and does not have an MCR Account, will receive a text message to the Device he or she used to enter on or around the day after the applicable team wins a game. The text message will contain instructions to link the phone number of the Device used to enter to a valid MCR Account within 5 days of notice or attempt to notify. The MCR Account must include a valid physical address for prize fulfillment (P.O. Boxes are not accepted). Failure to link the phone number of the Device to the MCR Account will result in prize forfeiture. Each potential winner of a prize valued at $600 or more (parent/legal guardian if winner is a minor in his/her state of residence) will be required to sign and return to Administrator a Declaration of Compliance, Liability and Publicity Release (the "Declaration"), which must be received within 5 days of the date notice or attempted notice is sent, in order to claim his/her prize. If any potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to sign and return the Declaration (for prizes valued at $600 or more only) within the required time period, or if prize is returned as undeliverable, he/she forfeits the prize. In the event that the potential Sweepstakes winner or a potential winner of a Championship Game Grand or First Prize is disqualified for any reason, Administrator will award the prize to an alternate winner in a random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries, if any, for the applicable prize, up to 3 alternate drawings. If the alternate potential winners are disqualified, the applicable prize will not be awarded. Prizes associated with undistributed/unclaimed Game Pieces will remain un-awarded, as will unclaimed Second Round, Third Round, NCAA® Sweet 16®, NCAA® Elite Eight®, and NCAA® Final Four round prizes. Non-travel and non-vehicle prizes will be fulfilled approximately 8 to 10 weeks after the conclusion of the Promotion.
The Game Pieces will be randomly distributed, but will be available in quantities set forth in the following chart:

Every person who has a Game Piece for a team that wins in the third round will win Third Round Prize and a Second Round Prize, and so on. If you have a Game Piece for a team that wins in all the rounds, you will win 5 prizes for that team and be entered into a random drawing for the Championship Game prizes, unless that Game Piece is for a #1 Seed, in which case you will be eligible to win the Championship Game Grand Prize in lieu of being entered into a drawing for the Championship Game prizes. A person who holds a Game Piece will receive a prize for every round (except the first round) that the applicable team wins in the Tournament, with the exception of the Championship Game prize(s), see details in Section 8, above. Winners of Game Piece Prizes will have 30 days to redeem their prizes or forfeit them.

The odds of winning a Game Piece prize will depend on both the odds of receiving a particular Game Piece as explained in Section 8, above, and whether a particular team wins in the applicable round of the Tournament. If a team that is lower than a #1 Seed wins the Tournament, the odds of winning a Championship Game Grand or First Prize will depend on how many Game Pieces for that Region and Seed exist and were distributed.
For All Prizes: Terms and conditions of coupons, gift cards, digital codes, and vouchers apply. Prizes awarded as digital codes will expire 30 days after promotion conclusion. Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for complaints or issues regarding codes (claims that code is invalid, insufficient, etc.) and winner should address any such issues with the issuer of the code.
